How secure is my online order?

When purchasing online using your credit card, all of your information is entered into a SSL secure web page. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider’s network, where your card and transaction is authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.

What do I do if my item was shipped to the wrong address?

Once your order has shipped, it’s no longer possible to change the address. We recommend contacting your local postal office with your tracking numbers to see if they can reroute your order to another address. You’re only able to change the shipping address within the first 2 hours of completing your purchase.

How long does shipping take?

We ask that you allow 1-5 business days for processing, 7-20 for shipping and delivery, however most of the time products arrive much sooner, faster Shipping 4-13 days if available.
